The Blackline Standard.
What you can expect from every treatment at Blackline Clinic, whoever carries it out.
Consultation first
Every treatment starts with a consultation and a medical questionnaire. We check the treatment is safe and suitable, agree the design and confirm the price. If it isn't right for you, we'll say so.
Qualified, insured and registered
Every practitioner is trained and insured for the treatments they carry out, and registered with Milton Keynes Council wherever the law requires it. Medical practitioners are registered with their professional body, such as the NMC, GMC or GDC.
Single-use, sterile equipment
Needles and cartridges are sterile and single-use, opened in front of you and disposed of as clinical waste. Surfaces are cleaned between every client.
Pigment made for the job
SMP uses pigment made specifically for scalp micropigmentation, never standard tattoo ink. Batch numbers are recorded for every session.
Real results only
Every before-and-after we show is a real Blackline client, photographed in the same light, never filtered or retouched, and only with written consent.
Clear prices
Guide prices are published on this website, and your price is confirmed before anything is booked. No surprises on the day.
Adults only
All our treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. We may ask for photo ID.
Your privacy
Your health details and photos are kept securely under UK GDPR, used only for your care and never sold.
Aftercare and follow-up
You'll get written aftercare and a review of your result. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to put it right.
Honest advice
No pressure to book and no upselling. If another option would suit you better, including doing nothing, we'll tell you.
Ask these questions anywhere.
Whoever you choose, ask to see healed results, check training, insurance and council registration, and make sure you'll get a proper consultation first.
