Who we are

Blackline Clinic is the trading name of Alfie Wedlake, a sole trader in Milton Keynes. You can contact us at blacklinescalp@gmail.com or on Instagram @blacklineclinic.

What we collect

• The waitlist: your first name and email address, confirmation that you're 18 or over, and the treatments you're interested in. If you choose to tell us: your mobile number, what you'd like help with, whether you're interested in a model place, how you heard about us and any referral code.
• Messages: your name, email address, mobile number if you give it, and your message.
• Hair loss support enquiries: your first name, email address, mobile number if you give it, confirmation that you're 18 or over, and anything you choose to tell us, which may include information about your health.
• Practitioner enquiries: your name, contact details, profession, professional registration if you give it, the treatments you offer and anything else you tell us.

How we use it

To tell you when bookings open and send launch offers and updates about the treatments you chose, to reply to your messages, to consider practitioner enquiries, and to prepare for your consultation if you book. What you tell us about your hair loss is only used for that. If you ask about hair loss support, we only use what you share to reply to you and, if you book, to plan your care. We never sell your details.

Legal basis

For the waitlist, your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us. For messages and practitioner enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying to you, or taking steps you've asked for before an agreement. For hair loss support enquiries, which may include health information, your explicit consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this website: Netlify, which hosts the site and its forms, and our email provider, which delivers our emails. The fonts on this website are served by Google. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and no more than 12 months after bookings open unless you become a client. Messages and enquiries, including hair loss support enquiries, for up to 12 months, unless they lead to an appointment or an agreement.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
