Bring these.
For your consultation and each of your sessions.
- Photo ID. We only treat adults, and may ask to see it.
- Your consultation form, if you've filled it in.
- A list of any medicines you take.
- Your glasses, if you need them to see the mirror clearly.
- For hair loss support, the note from your medical team.
- On session days, a dark top that buttons or zips up, a drink, a snack and headphones.

Do I have to fill in the form before I come?
No, but it saves time. If you'd rather, we'll go through it together at your consultation.
How long does the consultation take?
About 30 minutes. It's free, and there's no pressure to book.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you're welcome to bring someone to your consultation.

What if I need to change my appointment?
Give us at least 48 hours' notice and your deposit moves to your new date. See our booking terms.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your forms are kept securely as part of your treatment record, and only shared with your permission or where the law requires it.
