About Blackline.

A private clinic for scalp and aesthetic treatments, opening in Milton Keynes.

A note from Alfie

Done properly, or not at all.

Scalp micropigmentation launches first. The full clinic, with laser tattoo removal and aesthetics, follows.

Hair loss knocks more people's confidence than they let on.

The usual answers are surgery, a lifetime of concealers and hats, or a cheap job that doesn't last. Scalp micropigmentation, done properly, is one of the most convincing things you can do about it.

Done properly is the whole point. It means designing a hairline that suits your face and age, building density over several sessions, and being straight with you about what's realistic. That's the standard I'm holding Blackline to, from the first SMP client to the full clinic.

If SMP isn't right for you, I'll tell you.

How we work

Four things we won't compromise on.

  • Consultation first

Every treatment starts with a consultation, so you know what's realistic and what it costs before anything is booked.

  • The right specialist

Each treatment is carried out by a practitioner qualified and insured for it. Medical treatments are given by a registered nurse or doctor.

  • Clear prices

Guide prices are published here, and your price is confirmed before you start. No surprises on the day.

  • Real results only

Every before-and-after we show will be a real Blackline client, unedited. No stock photos, no filters.
